Well, Raff, I hate to cut this short, but I am about to head on up to State College. Probably go to Ruby Tuesday with 2 for 1 deals before the game. Welp, I hope I do not run into a blizzard but I heard she's been puttin 'er down up a' yonder (kinda the Emmitsburg lingo, lol). You will not hear from me tonight until I get back- I know y'all are happy for that. So, all you Mount fans enjoy watching the game on Bigten network.com , and I will just say 'Wish You Were Here'.
Another meaningless missive from our friend.
I am glad I am bothering you 'k'. I will comment about the game once I get settled. We just got back.
k - Please limit your 'eastern philosophy' to positive comments.Richard - You are certainly passionate and a good fan. Perhaps writing about sports issues (instead of your personal complaints and health issues) would focus your comments and make even k happy?P.S. - What a game!
Well, Raff, I really enjoyed the game. We were oh so close. I have to say that yes, even I, have been extremely impressed with the Mount so far for the season overrall. This was a great game to attend last night. We did not have Barber yet again- he is still sick with the flu. We had like 3 guys with 4 fouls. Yet we still nearly pulled it off-how are we doing this, lol! I am also very happy with Burke and how I seen him take the 'board' out and coach hard last night. Absolutely nice game to be a part of. I'd love to talk a lot about the game but on this blog, I have word limits. Anyways, a little bird told me that Kristijan is coming back soon and that Jean is still supposed to be back, I guess against Albany. Loved the game!!! Except I was surprised that we only had 1.3 secs left and Battle just had to hit that didn't he? He sucked all night til then, that is sort of strange.
